Who is this page for? This payment gateway is for those clients who already have a translation quote. To activate your translation project, please complete the form and choose your preferred payment method. If you do not have a translation quote yet, please contact one of our agents.
How do I accept the quote and start the translation? To confirm a project and initiate the translation process, you need to complete the payment process. All customers need to pay their translation projects up front. Corporate clients with larger translation needs can negociate special payment conditions.
Which payment methods are accepted? The easiest payment method is by credit card, since we receive the payment confirmation immediately and we can start the translation right away. We accept VISA and Mastercard, both credit and debit. You can also pay by bank transfer. In this case, we need you to send us the receipt since the bank can take upto 5 days to confirm the payment.
Is the payment secure? Our online payment uses Banc Sabadell's SSL Secure Payment Gateway. Once you complete this form you will be redirected to our bank's platform. Ibidem Group will not have access to any of your bank details.
How do I know if the translation is in progress? Right after completing the online payment, you will receive a confirmation email, indicating whether the payment was successfull or not.
Can I pay by bank transfer? Of course you can! Click on the “Bank Transfer” button and then on “Check out” to obtain our bank details.
I need an invoice. If you need an invoice, choose “Self-employed and Companies” and fill in all the details. Once the translation is finished, we will send you a full invoice by email.
